Nesmith Library

Windham, New Hampshire

Interested in What Trustees of the Library Do?

Candidates can sign up to run for town, school offices January 19-28. The Town of Windham has several positions up for election in March including three Trustee of the Library positions for three year terms.

Are you a Windham resident?  Are you interested in positively impacting the operations of the Nesmith Library?  Do you have skills and assets you feel would benefit the library (especially skills regarding finances, advocacy, and policy creation)?
If you answered “yes” to two or more of these questions, please attend the Board of Trustees meeting, at the Nesmith Library on Monday, January 10 at 6 PM, to see for yourself what a board meeting is like.  Meet the current trustees and get a feel for the issues and decisions board members tackle.

If you are interested in learning more about what it means to serve on the Nesmith Library Trustee board, please contact Library Director Sylvie Brikiatis: email director@nesmithlibrary.org or call 603-432-7154. The Nesmith Library Board of Trustees meet once a month and attend other library related functions throughout the year.
