Start your summer off right and mark your calendars for
Tuesday, June 28th at 1:00pm
when we kick off the Teen Summer Reading Program. Don’t miss special guest, Peter Vuono, who performs escape artistry!
Using audience participation and comedy, this performer’s show is 45 minutes long as he escapes from cuffs, ropes, an animal trap, and a straight jacket!
Door prize raffles and bonus book bucks offered to all who attend!
If you are 12-18 (Or entering the 6-12 grade), grab a friend and join us at the Nesmith Library!

How the Teen Summer Reading Program Works,
and
How you can win great Raffle Prizes!
Read, read, read, watch, and listen....
Read books, magazines, graphic novels, listen to CDs, Audio Books, watch DVDs --
►REMEMBER....You must read at your ability level.◄
Then write a brief review (just a few sentences!) on the forms available from the library.
For each review you submit, you will receive Book Bucks. Look in the Library Display Case to see the fun stuff you can buy with your Book Bucks! When you turn in your Book Bucks, write your name and phone number on the back, and place them in the Prize Bags of your choice in the Teen Section of the Library. These Raffle Prizes will be given away at the "End of Teen Reading Program Party" on August 4th at 1 pm.

Learn Manga/Anime with Artist Kristine Brock using micron pens, illustration brush markers, colored pencils and magic markers.

Frisbee Freestyle World Champion Todd Brodeur will do a demonstration, followed by a hands-on clinic.
Then stay for some fun Flip-flop decorating!

Taste the best that art has to offer, including Edible Color Wheels and Monet Frosting Painting, and Edible Mosaics/Graham Cracker sculptures ! Hungry yet???!!!
Please come with your imagination and an empty stomach!
