TAG

Are you interested in having a say about what programs the library offers, what the teen space looks like and what materials to buy? If so please become a part of our teen advisory group (TAG).

TAG is a group of Windham students, 13 or older, who meet once a month to discuss books, programming ideas, and material selections.

 

TAG Members Benefit By

* Earning volunteer/community service hours.

* Having a say in how the library serves you.

* Enjoying time with a group of like minded young people.

* Providing a great addition to your college application.
 

TAG is open to all Windham residents 13-18. Fill out the form and drop off at the library or come to the next meeting. See the library event calendar for meeting times.

Anime Club

If you like anime/manga or comix this is the club for you. We generally meet every third Thursday of the month during the school year. Open to teens 13 and up.

Author Visit

The Nesmith Library, welcomes local author Adi Rule Adi earned an MFA in writing from the Vermont College of Fine Arts, and a BA in voice from the University of New Hampshire. She writes in a studio apartment filled with books, cats, pictures of cats, musical instruments, video games, records, and a macaw. Ms. Rule is also an accomplished singer who performs with Boston Symphony Orchestra/Boston Pops.

Ms. Rule will read a selection from her debut YA book, Strange Sweet Song, available for purchase on March 11th. The reading will be followed by a question and answer period and book signing.
