Family Resource Connection - located at the NH State Library, the FRC offers a wealth of information for families with children.  A printed subject list of their materials are available online, or call them at 800-271-2205 with questions.

The mission of the First Teachers Project for the families in Windham is to create a partnership between school, home and community during a child's preschool years that can result in parents who are knowledgeable in developing early literacy skills in young children; are able to understand the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of young children; who take advantage of the available resources that we have identified; and who attend programs in areas such as language development and early learning strategies. Kids Health offers parents', kids', and teens' advice, recipes, answers, staying safe, how the body works, growth and development information, and much more.

Parents' Action for Children is a national non-profit dedicated to advancing the interests of families and young children.  Parents' Action develops parent education materials, connects parents with one another, and fights for issues such as early education, health care, and high quality and affordable child care.
